I just called twice. And they hung up both times. 15 minutes until close. Great service! I've had a storage there for at least 3 years.

Security doesn't seem safe at this facility. A fence was cut during a break in recently when units were broken into and belongings stolen. Owner's and management don't seem to be concerned and were unaware until one of the unit's that was broken into discovered it. I don't want my stuff stolen so.

UPFATED REVIEW. I have been storing here for almost a year and could not be happier with the staff, and facility. UPDATE: Nov. 24-25 between 12 and 3 my storage unit and another person's unit at Turner Road storage got broken into and tool, sports cards, car parts camping supplies, he had $1000s of dewalt tools stolen. The were unable to figure out who broke in. Apparently their security cameras either don't work, have no night vision capabilities, and are black and white 480i cameras from the 90s.
It's not a 24 hour access facility, yet the people came in and took items via vehicle, posing as a vendor who has 24hr access to the storage facility. Very disappointed they will be unable to catch the people responsible. Salem police came out and tried several times to get finger prints to no avail, probably wore gloves since it was cold. Happy Holidays to me

I have used two separate storage facilities the first place I spent a cumulative of 8 years there and didn't think I'd ever go anywhere else. I needed a unit came to Turner Road storage and have been so impressed. The staff are amazing and super friendly! Can't beat the prices either! Highly recommend them.
