Good selection of units as well as a place to store a vehicle, rates are reasonable, the management is good with there customer's explains things nicely & also willing to work with you

This place is well kept and i feel very safe having my stuff there. There are a few other places that i would not suggest around town but the only thi g that i think would be more benificial is either longer hours of accessibility or just a 24 hour.

I have had 2 and 3 storages here for the past 4 years. The young gentleman that works in the office is just awesome. He has always been so helpful to the point of getting a broken off key out of the lock on one of my units. The prices here are better than most and security is really good. We just bought our house today and this will be our last month renting our units. I have nothing bad to say about this place. If the need ever arises again for a storage locker I won't be going anywhere else.

I love the management team they have here, very nice. Polite, helpful. We've made a few adjustments to how many units we are renting, to consolidating. To needing bigger ot smaller units. They do everything they can to help you achieve what you need. Thank You to Storage Depot!

Price is a little high and they don't give you any breaks when it when it comes to late payments but the extra security and the manager Pepe make it worth the money. He will do everything in his power to help you in anyway possible. I have had a unit there for 4 years+

Daughter went to rent a unit. Had appointment. Was told she would wait 10 minutes. 35 minutes later she was helped. Was told lock on unit would be removed in days. Fast forward to moving day. Sunday. 3 weeks later. U haul filled and lock not removed as promised. Had to drive belongings back to Portland because no emergency number available and no way to unload. Owner completely unhelpful. Made us pay a month of rent for a unit we could not access. Cited policy in lease and was unwilling to listen. Many policies in lease violated. Horrible experience. Understaffed. Not customer service oriented
