My experience with this company could not have been better. From the person who did my video survey, the contact person I was assigned, to the driver that kept me up to date on where he was, I could not be happier with the whole experience. They packed me up in Palm Springs CA and moved my items to Toledo Oh while I was making my way across at the same time, hoping to beat the truck there. I'm glad I chose them and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

VIP is one of the best moving companies in the country. The Rudosky brothers Dave and Jim are highly recommended. This company made one of the most stressful times of my life very easy. 5 stars

I am in the middle of a move right now with mayflower and vip transport. I am extremely disappointed with the options they presented me to hold my stuff in storage and "redeliver" for almost 8000. The sales rep Jesse told me that if I paid ~2400 (I did) they would hold my stuff at their warehouse for 7-10 and give me more options if I needed to delay it. They did not hold my stuff and now my options are expensive. They are not empathetic or will to work with me at all. Do not use this company! When Jesse told me I can "trust him" it should have been my clue to go with another carrier.

Very professional, yet helpful and patient people that we worked with for our big move across the country. Thank you Mayflower and big thanks to Christine H., Tony S.and Andres Q. You made moving our household and vehicle, essentially our life a piece of cake. We love the whole process from the estimate to the delivery. The communication flow was awesome on the pickup and delivery time. The estimate and pricing were reasonable and clear, and the changes we requested were made nicely. The pick up and delivery were flawless. And best of all you treated us like family. We are so happy we chose Mayflower for our move. Will do it again for sure. THANK YOU CHRISTINE, TONY and ANDRES.

My boyfriend and I were preparing to make the move from California to Virginia, a daunting task. We had a few things but not a whole lot to justify paying lots of money for moving costs. When we heard of VIP Transport, the initial moving survey was awesome and went super smooth. The price was a little steep, but honestly, WORTH EVERY PENNY. From the movers packing up our things in California, to the guys who expertly fit all of our stuff up a tiny flight of stairs built in 1905 in Virginia, everything seemed seamless.

My gal Rachel took care of us and checked in every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly and to make sure all of our stuff showed with everything in tact. Absolutely loved my experience with them and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move cross country or even just across town.

I couldn't be more pleased with how VIP Transport conducted my move. I transported two containers full of antique furniture, crystal, original artwork, family heirlooms and collectibles and everything was handled professionally and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The movers showed up on time, masked, and were extremely courteous and so helpful throughout the entire process. My move was across the entire country and I was present at both ends, for both pickup and delivery.

Everything arrived on the date promised and in perfect condition. The delivery team was also very courteous and masked. They put everything in the places I directed and even helped set up those items that required being reassembled. I was able to use their numbered form system to account for each item in the move as it came in to the new location. I highly recommend VIP Transport.

Recently used VIP transportation as a local mayflower vendor. Paul came to give us an in home estimate. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was up front and honest. On move day our driver was late and we got a little nervous, however once they arrived they were very professional and detailed. Our belongings were wrapped, inventoried and packed. Our items arrived quickly ( only 4 days) and the team that came was awesome. Unloaded, rebuilt our furniture and they did it quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them!
