I would not recommend this storage facility. I was only there a less than a month and I experienced rats on my furniture and the ceiling had water coming through which destroyed most of my belongings. The manager was notified of the situation and did not apologize to what I had experienced with my property. The manager lacks customer services and it wouldnt hurt to greet your customer's that keep you in business satisfied. facility lacks customer service

I decided to store my stuff there while I found a new condo confident that's my stuff would be okay. I went back knowing that my bags of clothes, couch and kids toys would be dusty. Three months later was when I was ready to take everything out. I showed up opened up and saw poop and pee stains everywhere. Rats had gotten into everything and ruined my baby's new clothes and couch. I know it's my responsibility for damage but the place should have control over the rodents. The staff didn't seem to care. They shrugged it off and blamed me for them having rats. No food was stored in the storage.

They lock their bathroom. No way to get to office from inside. Must drive around entire building and use combo to get out; only they can you get to office.
