These folks are such a find. I had a real bind on my hands with Iron Mountain. Long story short, I cancelled my account with them after they tripled our monthly fee. That's correct.it multiplied by 3 in one month. I called up Penn and they were awesome. They helped me the same day, had great customer service and went out of their way to take care of me. Instead of the nightmare of Iron Mountain and feeling completely taken advantage of, I am now relieved, feeling my documents are well taken care of, and I am grateful. I can't say enough about how well they took care of me. Steve Sanchez was the guy who made it happen. Thanks a million! I am recommending them to all of my clients that need document storage.
