What areas do you service?
We operate throughout Pierce County (Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup) and King County (Seattle, Federal Way, Auburn), covering all residential locations within these areas.
How do I prepare fragile items?
Label boxes clearly, limit weight to 30lbs, and avoid packing particle board or glass items. We recommend using original packaging for electronics and securing front-loading washers properly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards and cash payments. Special arrangements require prior approval from our office manager.
Do you offer insurance for belongings?
We provide liability coverage for damages caused by our negligence. Items packed by clients (especially particle board, wicker, or glass) aren't insured, though we handle all items with utmost care.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require 48-hour notice to avoid a 50% charge of the estimated quote. We recommend confirming your move date at least three business days in advance.

They did a pretty good job! Some cell phone use and a little rough on some of the items, but over all pretty good. I felt a little bit rug pullish on the travel time costs, I wish I had a number for those upfront. He was very upfront about the costs of the 4 guys per hour, but never did I hear the travel time costs, which were significant (pretty much double what it cost to load the truck) and I though unloading would be the the more affordable of the two. That being said, they got it done and thats what really matters. Probably wont use them again unless in a pinch.

They got our move from west Seattle to Puyallup done in 5 hours including travel time. We were ready to go so boxes, bed, & my moms life was packed quickly into the truck in under an hour. Delivery at her new place was efficient & thoughtful. Highly recommend. Super easy to communicate with & gets the job done!

From the estimation process through the final move of furniture, Aloha Joe Movers was outstanding. Joe came and gave us an estimate for moving our furniture (we moved the boxes, etc.). His team of three strong young men (super nice guys!), came and moved all of our large furniture. They worked hard were amazingly careful even though we had a narrow zigzag staircase to bring bedroom furniture down from and a zigzag staircase to bring it all back up. After all was said and done, the price came in lower than Joe's initial estimate (very honest!). Thank you, Aloha Joe's, for helping to make our move-out and in go so smoothly.
