Rented a uhaul from these guys. Needed it for about a week longer than my initial reservation indicated. They were very patient, and accommodating (unlike most uhaul locations, who would absolutely lose their minds over a 1wk rental turning into 2.)

Very well run storage, extremely safe and the staff uses a forklift to get anything you want into the upper level.

I called over 10 self-storage companies in Seattle and by the end of my research, Northgate Self Storage was the clear choice. They have the most reasonable prices, and no hidden fees unlike pretty much all of their competitors. Staff was professional, competent, and helpful. Setting up my storage unit took less time than getting a haircut. Highly recommended.

We've had a room here for years. It's secure and the price is reasonable. I just wish they had more open hours.

I have had storage units for years, both the large corporate type and smaller mom&pop type. This place is of the latter type, private, accommodating and with a very pleasant staff. They may not have the best hours since they do close a little early for my needs but the fact that there's always someone on site (the manager lives there) adds a level of security that makes up for it hands down.
