Really fantastic and seamless experience! Riley responded to my inquiry quickly, helped me figure out what services I needed, and set us up for success. John contacted me a few times and made himself available to discuss logistics and confirm details ahead of the move. On the day of our move, we had a courteous and professional team. Zach, Lance, and Dallas were prompt, communicative, and efficient. They were incredibly hardworking and navigated our small apartment and elevator, the narrow alley for the truck, and the stairs at my new home all in the rain. They were competent and worked well together. I dont plan to move again for a while, but I would trust Hansen Bros. if I did and will be recommending this group to all my friends! Thank you!

Hansen Bros moving crew were great. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They wrapped my furniture to protect it and wrapped and boxed up a large picture. I felt that my belongings were carefully moved, even though I was moving a short distance. I have used Hansen Bros for long storage during military deployments so trusted their company. I was very glad I stayed with this company for my next move.

From start to finish, our move & storage process with Hansen Bros has been amazing. Our sales person, David, came out to our house to put together a detailed moving and storage estimate (which no other company did!) and was transparent, friendly and provided helpful tips throughout the process. Once the move was scheduled, the operations manager, Ron, kept me up to date on all the logistics which was critical with all the moving pieces. On the day of the move, the crew (Josh, Sam, Alfredo and Victor) were courteous, professional, hard-working and communicative. Our items are in their storage facility for the next 6-12 months, and we look forward to (and feel confident in) having Hansen Bros. move our items back into our remodeled home.

We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about your company from the first contact (thanks, Will) through pick-up, storage and final delivery. The guys who delivered our things yesterday did so in very high heat (100 degrees) and faced with carrying our belongings up two flights of stairs made no complaints, were cheerful and professional throughout. Did a great job. Very pleased! Would not hesitate for a second to use Hansen Bros. again.

Everyone I have encountered with Hansen Brothers moving has been wonderful. David A. was very helpful in explaining what we should pack ourselves. Also dropped off boxes the day before the move to help with last minute items. Jonathon, Lance and Simon showed up very on time and called to alert me they had arrived. Also were very helpful, especially when one of them found a paper bag with dirty cleaning rags in it (YUCK!) and gently asked if I wanted it packed. (I declined and tossed the whole bag out!). Every time I have called Hansen Bros. with questions, I have gotten a quick, polite response. So far things have gone very well. Still have my stuff in storage with you, but I think I have found an apartment that I like, and hope to move in before the end of August. Victoria

These people were professional, down to earth, calm, supportive, reassuring and great overall bright energy. I was well informed of my service timeline from start to finish. They all made my very stressful move completely void of chaos. All of the movers showed such great respect and appreciation for my things and my homes' spaces. The set up of boxes upon delivery was outstanding! Clarence and his crew made it unbelievably easy for me to access my many boxes that I instructed to have majority placed in my small garage on shelves and floor. Each and every one took such incredible great care and attention to reassembly of furniture. I chose to not have one particular item reassembled due to lack of space and I was a bit worried about how I would remember to reassemble myself months down the road. Clarence texted me pictures of assembly so I would remember! I am so grateful for such positivity and professional efficiency from Hansen Bros. since my 1st inquiry call, to job finish and follow up from Francine. The cost was well worth the exceptional service from all 10 people involved with my service! (Also, the weekly moving tip emails from Hansen's were very helpful).

Hansen Bros. Handled a recent move for us. We were thrilled with the experience. They arrived on time and worked efficiently taking great care with each piece of furniture. Not one scratch after everything was delivered to our new home. All this and at a very reasonable price. They will always be our movers.

We lived near the Seattle Hansen Bros. location in Greenwood years ago. I always remembered seeing the trucks and then when we needed help with a cross-country move, I found that Hansen Bros. was still going strong.

From the beginning to the end, we were kept informed and got all the details we needed. We had a piano to move and it was packed carefully and delivered without a scratch. The loading/packing crew was amazing! The unloading crew at the end was amazing! The two office contact people were also very good about keeping in touch and following through with all that we needed. I would choose Hansen Bros. again if we needed it. Definitely would recommend to all for a stress-free move.

Josh R, Sam O, and Valentino G were unbelievable! They were very good at what they do and after watching them work I knew my moving day was going to go great. They did not mess around and were very professional throughout the day. I cannot express how anxious I was about my move, but had I known that these three were going to be there I would have had ZERO anxiety. They were fast, efficient, and most important they were nice. I cannot give a higher recommendation for these three as they exceeded all my expectations. I had Dallas, Chris, and Patrick to help with my move in mid-April, and the crew was communicative and responsive from pre-arrive throughout the entirety of the move. They were resourceful and were always planning and thinking ahead. All 3 crew members were friendly and helpful throughout.

Dave (the relocation consultant) did a thorough assessment of the job during my selection process and you guys were the only ones that came out and did that for free even before I chose you guys. The professionalism and assessment of completion cost made me feel confident about the move compared to other moving companies i considered in the area that I contacted and received quotes from.

John M. kept communications open and was checking in with me before the actual date which also gave me a good impression that I was in good hands. Overall, I felt the cost was reasonable and the time estimate for the effort was accurate. Would recommend this company or at least use for my next move.

Alfredo and Blayde comprised the crew moving my goods from one apartment to another. They were courteous, helpful, professional, and just a delight to have as our movers. Just when I thought customer service was dead or at best an oxymoron, Hansen Bros. proved me wrong and I am very happy about that! I can see why they have been around since 1890. Heard about Hansen Bros. from Reddit. Was amazed by how quickly and professionally things were handled. Movers showed up right in time for both the packing and unloading, and went above and beyond by delivering our items despite the snowy weather. Movers were exceptionally helpful with finding items unmarked on our inventory list and making sure we had everything delivered before leaving. Movers were friendly, funny, and everyone was very informative. Were very pleased with how communicative the company was in general. Will definitely be recommending Hansen Bros. to anyone in the future.

I am thoroughly pleased with the move that Hansen Bros. helped me with last week, In particular, they moved a cumbersome, fragile, antique jukebox down two flights of narrow, exterior stairs. Chris and John did an excellent job taking extra care to make sure the jukebox was secured. Highly recommend for any moving job! In addition, Nicole was extremely helpful to me last year when I was trying to figure out how to downsize my home. What a helpful team Hansen Bros. is!

Our Hansen Bros. move was a great experience (and after 16 household moves over 35 years, we know moving isn't always a great experience). Paula was very helpful in helping us value engineer our overall move which was greatly appreciated. On loading day, the six-man crew was very friendly and courteous. On move-in day, the same six-man crew was equally professional. We had a couple of pieces that we consider to be beasts to move, and the crew faced the challenge, problem-solved, and got both pieces situated as we had hoped. I would certainly recommend Hansen Bros. for a semi-local move!
