These folks did an amazing job moving us from Madison, WI to Fort Collins, CO with a two pick up move in the busiest time of year. Nils came and evaluated all our belongings, Shayne was our mover who packed, drove and unpacked our household with care and attention. No damages, on time delivery, great communication throughout!

Reynolds Transfer has been around for a very long time which is one reason I picked them. They worked with our schedule to make the move smooth. The people who packed our furniture were professional and very careful with our treasures. The same with when they delivered our things. They went out of their way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

I moved myself and it turns out my couch would not fit around the corner. We tried everything we could think of. My couch sat in my hallway for 2 days. I called around to moving companies to see if anyone would come take a look and see if they could make it work. Everyone I called said it would either be a few days or I would need to pay their minimum ($200-$400). I got in touch with Reynolds and the nice women transferred me to Walt (I believe this was his name).
He said he would be happy to come out and look and go from there. He was there the next morning. Right off the bat he told me it probably wouldn't work, but he was willing to give it a try with me. We tried for about 20 min or so and just could not make it work. I tried to give him some cash for coming all the way out, and he refused. He was very kind, understanding, and helpful. This company did not have to go out of their way to help someone with a strange request that would not make them a lot of money, but they did. I would 10/10 recommend them, and use them in the future if I need moving assistance.

Working with Reynolds Transfer & Storage was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Nils provided an estimate that was spot on. The moving team of Jay, Billy and Zack did excellent work. They were respectful, kind, smart and funny. They were particularly careful with items that I mentioned were important to me. They handled an oversize, heavy dresser with amazing care and efficiency. They protected the floors and were careful of walls. Lisa and Natalie provided great support from the office, coordinating details well.
I really like that Reynolds provides sanitized plastic moving bins that are reusable--it saved me from buying boxes, and is so much better for the environment. Jalen picked up the bins when I was finished with them and was personable and careful. Movers are so important during a chaotic time of life. I am so grateful I chose to go with Reynolds Transfer & Storage.

We used Reynolds for both out-of-state and in-state moves. All the employees we encountered were courteous, conscientious and did a good job. Our out-of-state move was covered by our employer, but the in-state move was on our own. Their cost was actually better than some of the local privately owned companies. After each day's activities, a customer service rep called to ensure the packing, loading and unloading all went as planned. Yes, some items got damaged, but the customer service department immediately accessed the damage and provided better than expected reimbursement. I gladly recommend Reynolds Transfer & Storage for your moving needs.
