We are not maintaining a waiting list and all spaces are on a first come, first served basis. For your next vacation or outing, rent an RV, ATV, Jet Ski, or UTV from Orchard City RV located on our property.

Our family owned and operated storage yard is located at the north end of the Coyote Valley (just south of South San Jose) off of Monterey Road. We offer friendly service and a secure place to store your vehicle.

All vehicles must be model year 2005 or newer, in very good running condition, and free from graffiti or tagging. We will require copies of current registration and insurance while your vehicle is stored at our facility.

We are located at 611 Blanchard Road in Coyote, California, 95013. Blanchard Road is located off of Monterey Road between Metcalf Road (to the north) and Bailey Avenue (to the south), next to the Metcalf Energy Center power plant. From the north: Hwy 85 or 101, exit Bernal Road and go right (west) and follow the signs to Monterey Road.
