Terrible experience. Movers stole property from my mother's home. The police were able to recover what we knew was stolen but we don't know what other items were taken. Nightmare situation that was handled poorly by Bluemound Express management.

We have moved 20+ times in our lives and we have to rate Bluemound Express as the best. The crew was professional, courteous, extremely efficient and quick. They treated our belongings like they were their own. We couldn't have been more pleased and would recommend Bluemound Express to anyone in need of a moving company. Absolutely 5 Stars

Zach and Anthony were polite, respectful, helpful and very careful with all our furniture as well as hundreds of boxes full of books. They couldn't have been nicer to work with and I would use them again!

We have used them twice for a move and they were excellent each time. This last time we had three movers and they were very professional, well mannered, quick, and did not break anything. This is the only company I will use if I ever move again.

We used Bluemound Express for our 2nd move in a year. (The first move was a disaster!) They moved us with no damage in the amount of time they quoted. The movers were professional, pleasant and hard working. They were extremely careful not to damage any of our items or the house. I would never use another company again. I highly recommend Bluemound Express!

My family used this company for moving, and two of the three workers were observed multiple times standing around, smoking, pooping in the cleaned bathrooms, and talking, while one hard worker did all of the work. These two "workers" purposefully wasted time so my family had to pay more. What should have taken 5 hours took 9+ hours! There were three furniture dollys available for the workers to use, and only the one hard working employee used one.
This was a horrible experience to have had with this company and I hope the other two "workers" get either disciplined or fired for their terrible work, and I hope they stop taking advantage of people. Also, my family was quoted $300 an hour just based on the size of the house. My family had put everything in the house into 4 rooms to help speed up the moving process, but the two terrible "workers" didn't care, and wasted time to make more money.
We all feel like we were taken advantage of. If you have Chris on the crew, just know you are in good hands. But if you get Dave or Zack, just know you should call for a manager and request two different workers because they will waste time and make you pay way more than you need to.
