Muscular Moving Men moved our neighbor across the street. They backed a semi-truck down our driveway (too heavy for our concrete), hit our house, drove through landscaping and left black tire marks on our driveway. This company then left without leaving any kind of message. We came home to this mess. Luckily, we'd seen the moving truck earlier and another neighbor had video. We contacted the GM who said they would take care of the damage.

After waiting for quite a while and then eventually not getting return phone calls, we were forced to use our insurance and pay our $1000 deductible. To date, Muscular Moving Men has not paid us or our insurance company back.

They packed, moved, and stored our entire household within two days and our home closing was on time. We had the "A-Team" move us out of our beautiful home. All 5 of the "Muscular Men" were respectful of our belongings and home. Their work ethic and standards are extremely high - as evidenced by the work of the Men that made our move - dare I say - "enjoyable"! Each of the men were very personable and professional. We had a wonderful experience with muscular men Movers. Nick and TJ were so very professional. As promised, they let me know before they were coming. This move required an extra stop (A total of three stops) Ans they really hustled to get to the first, second and third stops. Finally to move into our new townhouse This Is our third time using Muscular Men Movers and I would highly recommend them whenever any move small or large is needed . Great guys!

I received a confirmation call on Saturday to verify my 7 am time for Monday. The movers did not show up until 7:54am. Then with 4 "men" they complained saying it was more than the contract and that with 4 "men" they couldn't move us in the slotted time. They said they would have to call to get a new contract sent over. The older gentleman with them said it wasn't a big deal and that they could do it, but the younger "men" were crying saying it was too much.

I cancelled the contract. 1. You showed up late. 2. You act mopey and slow. 3. You waste time wanting a new contract. When I spoke to Tyler, the booking agent he said it was protocol to do a walk through and potentially have a new contract. I was not aware of that. He said that I only booked them for 3 hours, I said that is not true. They were booked for 9 hours. Tyler knew the drive time alone was 6 hours with 3 hours to pack and unpack.

We had already completed a new contract once before they even came. Moving is stressful enough. We could have been moved by now. We sent them away. We will move ourselves. Save time and money, don't hire these "men."
