Gone are the days that I worry about my belongings being in storage. This is absolutely the BEST storage facility in Arizona! Kind, caring folks who truly are genuinely considerate people. They make you feel like family and always do the best they can to accommodate customers. Do not hesitate with storing your items here, they will be very secure and safe. I love Surprise Mini Storage! The staff was so helpful and kind. I live in another state and needed storage for my father's property. I rented a 5x5 unit and when I had to move my father to a smaller location I had to update the storage for a 5x10 unit. It was pretty slick with the security gate and I could enter with my security code. Very safe.

We were moving to Arizona from Michigan and told that the storage unit we were interested in would be available for us when we got there. We called as we were traveling to confirm and told it was now not available. The lady told us "oh yes I was going to call you tomorrow". We never received any kind of follow up call. Fortunately, we found another storage unit that was big enough to hold our entire house.

This is my second time having the pleasure of working with this facility. One of the primary advantages to an institution such as this, is that it is family owned. Being a family-owned business, they are far more likely to provide you with a professional and more importantly, personal experience. I went in to conclude my services with them and noticed I was a day too late and my payment had begun processing.
Any other company would have had layers of fine print proving that I was at fault; admittedly I was. But these wonderful people were able to refund that amount since it was still in a pending state. I would definitely recommend the use of these facilities to my friends and family; knowing that they are in good hands.
