We had Mountain States Moving and Storage recently move us from Utah to Arizona. From the first contact on the phone to the minute the moving van pulled away from our new house, the experience we had was stellar. The team to pack, load and unload were so careful, efficient, hardworking and so pleasant to deal with. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Sarah was always extremely helpful to answer any questions and Don and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything.

Quite the history of theft of items while they are supposed to be moved by this company. Not just one instance and not inexpensive things.

They steal out of peoples packages. Our neighbors who recently moved got almost all of their electronics taken while mountain states moving & storage co. had all of their belongings moving it across state. They even called Nintendo to see when their switch was shut off and wiped clean and it was during the move they had everything! These people are thieves and doesn't seem like it's the first time either.

I had all of my stuff packed and shipped to SLC by a different company, but Mountain State stored it all and moved it into my new place. They did a good job and quickly too. Very thorough and professional. I really have no complaints.
