Hi, I am not usually a review type of person but this kind of excellence deserves to be documented. Towne storage is a great facility with good security and helpful tools for moving. But what makes this place exceptional is the front desk lady Gina. She is as good as it gets as far as being helpful, kind, and understanding. She goes above and beyond to make your experience as comfortable as possible and treats you as if she has known you for years. I have had a lot of experience in the customer service world and I will forever be changed to act as Gina does.

Great price on move in deal, and also very good customer service at the office on 350 w. Aspen avenue. Tonya the manager is great, excellent at taking care of u when u are coming in to rent and also over the phone , I'd recommend this place to every one.
