We lost everything in a fire that took place at this facility and they still charged us for the units the month the units burned down and offered no compensation. I would think about choosing somewhere else.

Great service and a wonderful facility. We originally had one unit outside and one inside. We traded a second outside unit for the inside one then later upgraded to one larger unit. Throughout the process they were kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility.

Excellent, professional service! I always felt like my belongings were secure and it was very easy to load/unload from my unit. There is no other storage facility in Eugene that can compare. It blows all of the competition out of the water.

Janelle and Monty have gone out of their way to take care of my parent's that moved from out of state. I have other family members that have rented storage units. So grateful!
