Stored our RV & trailer there for several years. Great facility, and security, but the latest round of site manager is an insufferable Lord Of The Lot. Buh-bye!

These people have highly unethical and what appears to be brazenly illegal business practices. If you have any moral code whatsoever, you will want to avoid this place at all costs. Edited for owners response. You are misrepresenting the problem here. My problem is that you altered my rental agreement without notification.

I've stored my RV here since 2010, the location is very convenient and is very well maintained. I really appreciate how vigilant they are to keep the place secure. It is also very convenient to be able to dump holding tanks at their RV dump while I'm putting the RV away for storage. That sure beats waiting at long lines on checkout day a the parks. I highly recommend this lot if you have an RV to store and value security.

Looked up on google RV/Truck wash near me. Upon arrival the managers treated us like we were criminals it was a very awkward situation all because we pulled up and we're asking about the wash. We drove all that way and we're greeted with a not so friendly vibe and the repeat "wash is only for storage customers". If that's the case then how come when I made my search on google this place is even brought up. We will not be returning even if we need to store.

Been parking my RV here for close to 20 years. Never had an issue, never had any burglary or damage. Only place in Eugene I'd ever park it.

I rented a storage space for two months and got charged for four. I told Sarah the day I would be taking the RV out and she charged me extra because I didn't later notify her in writing. Overall poor service. Plenty of other places near by. Choose one of those.
