The office staff was very helpful and quick to answer any and all questions. The team that showed for the move out were so fast and efficient that I requested them for my move in. Amazing job by Wayne, Eddie, and John. Would definitely recommend. :

Moving with Alta was so easy, right from step one. Quote was affordable and accurate. The movers were in contact at every step - calling before they showed up, and throughout the move. The whole team (movers and office staff) were super friendly and very easy to deal with. Will absolutely use again in the future!

Great customer service! I ordered a pod storage last minute. (24 hours notice) they had it delivered and the next day we hired their movers. Abe and Mohammed! Absolutely fabulous guys who were super polite, helpful and did all the heavy lifting for my husband and I as we are not physically able too due to pregnancy and surgeries. The wrapped everything in moving blankets and stacked the pod so well. I can't say enough great stuff about every interaction I had with this company! Thank you soo much! Looking forward to using them again to unload our pod at a later date.

Had a moving pod for over a year stored on their lot. I accessed it once before I emptied it. They were easy to deal with. The only hiccup I had was not understanding that billing was on a 4 week cycle, rather than monthly. I had a couple of polite payment due messages until I figured out the terms. They are locally owned. Support local.

They were amazing! They were able to accommodate me for a last minute move and they were very efficient and considerate of everything I asked. Abe and NS were very friendly and they got the job time in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again!
