The customer service team at Fort Knox is AMAAAZING. Moving is difficult in the best of times, and the Fort Knox super-her staff had my back the whole way, especially when U-Haul corporate decided to make things really hard; Fort Knox smoothed the way. I highly recommend this business!

They go above and beyond for their customers, especially during a pandemic and rental trucks being scarce. They did everything they could to find me a truck on short notice and we're so kind during my tome at their facility! Thanks Fort Knox

I recently moved from Tennessee, and needed a storage unit quickly so I picked this location under the assumption that it would be convenient. I've paid my monthly bills on time every month including insurance, and they treated me like crap few months in-- I was moving to a new apartment & had been moving all day then 5:00p.m rolls around and I'm trying to get back into the gate when I realized I was completely LOCKED out, like they cut my code off basically due to me leaving late ONE night so they said I can only go M-F from 9-5; when they actually close at 7pm but they want to CUT ME OFF EARLY ALL BECAUSE I LEFT ONE NIGHT AFTER 7pm. Moving isn't the easiest. It takes time. Sorry for making ONE mistake didnt know I was gonna be treated like sh** when I pay my bills on time

If you provide respect and act in an ordinary action, you will be respected like how you should be. Clean facility, clean trucks, and a clan environment.

Great customer service that took it as a challenge to get me into a unit before my lunch date. Mission accomplished. J, the bearded man getting it done, is all business and gives it to you straight. I've rented a truck through u-haul.com from them twice and they make that easy too. Be advised, they are the pick-up and drop off location for U-Haul which is very easily rented on u-haul.com. Demand on trucks may prevent Fort Knox from renting directly to customers from time to time.
To be sure to get the great service at Fort Knox reserve your truck early through U-Haul.com as J tells me there has been high demand as of February 2021. Of course, the facility was clean, secure and easily accessible. J made sure to ask if I might be in-and-out of it a lot to put me in a unit that was more advantageous toward that end. He thought of everything. Cheers! Fort Knox Storage.

Great service. Kim went beyond the call of duty. I had a last minute situation and needed a truck. She worked to get me one. Very professional and knowledgeable about the company and trucks. I thank her as I was stressed out. She also was great with social distancing

Their U-Haul Rental Service: They make you wipe down the vehicle before you return it with your own wipes! Reserved vehicle online without insurance, somehow this was added during pick up although I opted out of it upfront. Insurance was $20. I requested it be removed and they refused. They can keep the money, but not my business in the future.
