So far so good, day 6: Martel is personable and super helpful, the facility is clean, a hand truck can be used to move your items from car to unit (i am on the second floor), nice area, can pay online.

So clean and professional! If you've ever used Public Storage you know what a dumpster these kinds of places can be, but not Castro Valley Hayward! I was very impressed by how squeaky clean the whole place is and how professional the on-boarding experience was. A+ experience all around.
