When I rented the space, the staff was pleasant and helpful. When I relinquished the space and forgot my space number, Paula, was VERY patient with me and help me work it all out. KUDOS TO THE STAFF! I'd definately use them again.

It was so convenient for me to get to and the man in charge "John" was super cool we chatted a little and the 10 15 minutes that we were talking, he had everything done. The shop and the storage units were clean and ready to move my stuff in! They had boxes and the lock comes with the unit so basically I didn't have to go nowhere else. Friendly on the phone and in person. I'm glad I went there. I mean I had a carload of stuff! Got the unit emptied my car in storage and was out the gate in 45minutes thanks John your a gentleman and a scholar! Well maybe not? See you next time. Good deal! I gave this place 5 stars because of the service! And if you know me? I don't give 5 stars. Good job. LANCE

1. Price is 4 stars because it is not as competitive as the Uhaul Storage. 2. Service is 3 stars. After signing the rental contract, I had difficulty to locate my units by myself. Fortunately, I ran into a worker working for Bolsa Chica Self Storage. He kindly ushered me to my units. 3. Facility is 5 stars. The building and rooms are very clean.
