Best move experience we've ever had. From obtaining a quote to the actual move itself, everything went as smoothy as it could. The sales person, Bob, was especially helpful and super clear and detailed during the process. Our boxes were packed by CA NY Express, and nothing broke.

It is extremely stressful to move your belongings from one coast to another. I've used CA-NY express twice now and highly recommend them. They are very transparent about the costs involved, have excelled processes that they follow to ensure that they have packed everything and you receive it all on the other end and they are flexible with the delivery date which helps a lot. In general I would say it's best to spend a little bit more for this peace of mind. My cousins chose cheaper movers and lost 70% of their boxes with thousands of dollars. Go with these guys they're the best by far.

Just moved from NJ to CA and could not be happier with CA-NY Express's services. They were incredibly kind, helpful, professional and thorough in all that they did. The moving teams in both NJ and CA were fantastic. They were very thorough in ensuring all of our boxes (which they custom labeled in front of me in NJ) made it safely to CA. I could not be happier with their service and level of expertise for a cross country move. They also got there way quicker than anticipated and we had them hold our things in storage until we arrived (within the window) to CA. Thank you CA-NY Express!

CA-NY Express did an excellent job with my cross-country move. The end-to-end process was very seamless from beginning to end. I was able to input my inventory online for a quote and the sales consultant was very quick to respond to all my questions through email. The price was the best among the competitors. Both experiences with the movers were efficient and professional. The teams (in both NYC and LA) took great care of all of my belongings and were very courteous throughout the process.

The inventory tracking process was organized with each item labeled with a sticker/number - you go through and check off each item with the movers to make sure everything arrived. My delivery arrived within the promised window and I received daily updates via email on status/location of the truck. Would highly recommend this company if you're planning a cross-country move!
