Poor management. Moved from ne pa to Florida. Sad experience when we went through our belongings in Florida, an heirloom ring was missing. Contacted pat Cadden and he totally blew us off. The subs that came from Carolinas to load our goods in pa were the last ones who had access to our goods before loaded pat Cadden refused to even discuss it with us as he claimed no responsibility in the loss. After numerous calls he finally called my wife back, kept her on hold for over an hour then disconnected.

Never heard back. We moved in March and here it is September and still refuses to contact us back when called. Now comes The Legal action based on their contract we signed. Unless you can spend every second with their "subs" go elsewhere

Cadden Brothers and specifically our movers Carlos, Larry, Joe and Chris D. provided outstanding moving services. From excellent packing to caring for all the items in the move. Our family would highly recommend their services. Packers and movers were extremely courteous and took pride in their workmanship.

We were very disappointed. The sales person does not connect with the people doing the actual moving. The result was spending over $3000 for furniture that would not get up to a second floor. I sent them professional video footage, pictures and full measurements of our furniture. No one looked at any of it. The sales guy assured me this is no problem as "we do this every day". I do not like giving bad reviews to anyone operating a business, but in this case.after contacting the owner, just had to send this one out.

He came to the house after we left very costly furniture (on a front porch!) at my insisting, and then said that the furniture could not possibly fit upstairs. Then ignored the fact that his front end sales person did not follow through with my early on request to come to our house to "make sure" they could get everything upstairs. In fairness, the moving guys worked hard, BUT Cadden did us wrong and they know it.
