So their cost on climate control storage is almost double others in the area. Also ordered a U-Haul through their location and arrived to find it locked behind the gate with no information on how to get it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Will never do business at this location.

Confirmed reservation for a storage unit only to find out while trying to move in after a 700 mile move and stuff still in rented trailer, that they haven't had any available for MONTHS. All others in Tri-State area are 2-3x the cost.

Called up for a unit and was able to get one immediately. Everybody is out. Saw another review where someone said that they made a reservation. I don't know about them, but I paid for my unit up front and it will be available and waiting when I go there. People here are 100% honest. Pay for some thing and it will be waiting for you. You can't expect people to sit around and wait during a pandemic while other people need units.
There is a housing crisis going on. People are being thrown out of their homes when homeowners sell their homes. Renters need a place to put their furniture while they look for a new place to live. If someone needs a unit, they should pay for it up front; especially when the prices here are much lower than anything else in the tri-state area.
