The storage units were very nice and clean. The gate keypad didn't work on some of the keypads and you had to got one further away and had to get out of your vehicle to use it. There was no way to return the uhaul we rented the online website didn't work so we h as d to put key in the key drop and call the company in the morning witch we didn't like doing. But all seemed to go okay this time around.

The office staff are super friendly and helpful. They treat you like family. I checked a few other Uhaul/storage facilities in the area and I love this place.
