Timely and detailed, A+ Moving and Storage handled my household goods move and long-term storage solution. Both crews arrived on time and exceeded my expectations for time and quality of packing. I would absolutely use this company again if I come back into the area.

Incredibly disappointed in the job they did while packing our things. They did not wrap or protect any of our furniture before putting it into the moving truck. Everything was simply piled up in there where they then took it to the warehouse to pack which by then our furniture had been damaged, and our mattresses had been torn. They added damage to items that were not previously damaged to include adding things in after the fact that were not on the original paperwork.

We moved from Southern Pines, NC to suburban DC area. The pack out and delivery went smoothly and efficiently. All employees were conscientious and polite. This was by far the best of our 10 moves.

They helped me move locally to a new house. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and courteous, they were quick and thorough and very careful with my things. I already had everything in boxes except for a few things and they were very careful with those items as well. They dropped everything off in the exact rooms I had asked them to and -NOTHING- was damaged. They did an excellent job, did not try to stall at all even though I was paying them hourly. They made sure everything was 100% to my liking before they left. I was very satisfied with their service, 10/10 would hire them again, 10/10 would recommend. -ZK
