Rent hikes are getting ridiculous. Been using this place the past 3 years and just this past 6 months alone they raised the price of my 5x2.5 unit by 30 dollars.

The staff is friendly, however, once you are in they begin hitting you with never ending price hikes due to "increased operating cost". We have an office here and two 10x 15 units and every two to three months we are getting a price increase. Look elsewhere and read your contract.

Been having a really hard time and looked around at a lot of different storage facilities. Crystal helped me and gave me an honest price and size (another person at a "reputable" storage place straight lied about the size, showing me smaller units and claiming larger than it actually was, at a higher price. I didn't know any better). They are also very compassionate and work with you. Overall, a great experience and I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else. Crystal is awesome and I was so relieved when I came there. Best customer service I've ever experienced, %100, hands down.

A bit pricey, the lady who owns it is stone cold mean, always smells like mothballs, but they keep pests in check enough that they don't transfer between units so thats worth it to me. Also the entire thing is indoor. Bonus.

THE PROBLEM WITH AREA STORAGE IS THEY OFFER A VERY SMALL MILITARY DISCOUNT AND INCREASE THE PRICES TO GET RID OF IT. I GOT A STORAGE WITH A MILITARY DISCOUNT AND 4 MONTHS LATER THE RATE WAS INCREASED. IVE HAD THE STORAGE NOW FOR A YEAR AND A HALF AND THEY RAISED MY RATE AGAIN AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF OFFERING A 35 DOLLAR SALE FOR OTHER UNITS. AREA STORAGE IS DECEITFUL WITH ITS COSTS. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS

Best location ever for Business. Very clean and new, with 24 hour access to my office. Michelle and Crystal are great and very friendly. Great security and I feel very safe any time of the day.
