We at The Wright Move (#1Northwest Labor only) Moving Business LOVE Working with Reliable Storage Helping Families and persons in need of Relocating and Loading, unloading, packing up their belongings and unpacking. Julie's the best! Extremely helpful and nice. We love that the units are accessible and wide turn space to get in and out so people can easily move about. Even with larger vehicles unloving, other cars are able to go right past with no problem. Easy 5 star

We moved mid Pandemic, so no stress there. Our first contact with the ladies at Reliable was on the phone, followed up by emails. When we arrived with our first load and met them in person, they were kind and professional, with a bit of humor. We needed to store a business, classic car, and household. They were able to seamlessly accommodate all of our needs. The gate hours were so convenient. Knowing someone was onsite was peace of mind.
The annual garage sale is fantastic! They always treated us with kindness and made us feel like we were a priority when we had a question, if they needed to follow up it was consistently prompt. Thanks for your customer service!

I highly recommend this storage facility! Convenient location, good rates and benefits (including free use of a truck for moving in!) plus the staff are friendly and helpful! I've moved several times in my life and this is the cleanest and most secure storage unit I've ever rented! Great experience all around for me! Special shout out to Julie for doing an amazing job!
