DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH VALLEY SELF STORAGE. Walk away NO run way. I stopped in here to obtain information on pricing. The Manager on duty was extremely rude. I told him I was inquiring about pricing and wanted to review the contract. I asked him for a copy of the Contract. He originally said he could not give to me one, then he said I could look at it, but I could not take it with me.
I asked him why? "He said you might fill it out" After reading some of the small print. I asked if it was their policy to raise rates without notice? He responded "Yup'. He asked me how large of a unit I needed. I said I have a lot but I am not sure. He then told me that he was full and did not have any space available. I asked why he did say that in the first place? He responded "Because he did not think about it. Huh? I can understand someone having a bad day but this guy has no business dealing with the public EVER! I will tell EVERYONE that wants to listen do not do business with Valley Self Storage

We visited this facility to rent a UHaul yesterday (turned it back in today). Everything went just as smoothly as it could have gone. There were no surprise efforts to upcharge (some rental truck places do try to do so, such as claiming they will only take one or two insurance companies or the customer, no matter how good the customer's insurance coverage is, must purchase the company's insurance-- without telling the customer in advance -- to us, that is tantamount to a scam; I believe they get to keep a portion of all upcharges).
Others will require the truck be returned to a different location farther away -- a way of repositioning their trucks at the renter's time and expense. No such problems here. Phil was honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and friendly. The truck was clean, the air conditioning worked well, the ride was smooth, the tires were in excellent condition. We were out of there with the truck in about 5 minutes, and the return went just as smoothly. I would recommend Valley Self Storage highly if you ever need to rent a UHaul.
