What is not covered? Generally, any damage to your WallyBags product caused by normal wear and tear or improper handling that is not due to faulty construction. For example, tears by sharp objects or damage by airlines. Also not covered are shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange unused merchandise purchased through the WallyBags website or customer service line within 60 days of receipt. Embroidered or personalized bags cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your custom WallyBag order, please contact your Embroidery Expert directly.
