Ty's crew moved all my stuff in today. They did such an awesome job, I am still reeling in amazement! They took such care with all my furniture, taking the time to wrap everything, etc. They were mindful of my needs with my cats. They were quick and efficient, and they were so cheerful the whole time working that it actually lifted my spirits! They got done almost 2 hours earlier than the estimate, and the final price came in a lot lower than what my estimate had been as well! Hopefully I won't have to move again anytime soon, but I would never go with anybody else when I do! If you need to hire movers, stop with this company right now and hire them! Don't even look any further!

Eastern movers were AMAZING! From the moment I called, through the appraisal with Tim, to moving day everything was seamless. They wrapped everything so well and set it up in our new home perfectly. They work very efficiently. I would highly recommend using them for any move. The four men that came out to our house were very professional and you can tell they love their job. They made moving much less stressful! I was told that we got the A team so definitely ask for them!

PICK EASTERN MOVING AND STORAGE FOR A WONDERFUL MOVING EXPERIENCE. The stressful week of January 24th was made better, thanks to the people at Eastern Moving and Storage. Working with Tim and Gail on arranging a complicated move of 2 households in Maryland to 2 households in North Carolina was easy. The actual move that was executed by 4 kind, organized, strong professionals (Tom, Larry, Cooley and Justin). Larry drove down to NC and was so kind arranging the drop off. I could not have been more pleased with the kind service. Not a thing was missing or broken. The teamwork was amazing to see.

The owner jim bishop is one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet and his son is as well.class act. Worked for Mr. Bishop in 1984 he had just started and always expected only the best from his employees and only the best customer service. And I am sure his sone who runs the business now has followed in his father's footsteps. Give them a try if you are moving I am sure you won't be disappointed.

I scheduled this move for my elderly in laws and for the most part things went smoothly. Their sofa; however, was damaged by the movers. When I tried to get the sofa repaired through Eastern I was given the run around, and they did not actively help me find someone to repair it other than a person in PA. I was told by their furniture repair shop that they require the sofa be taken to them, this would have left my 80yr old+ in laws without one for the holidays.

When I asked for options, Eastern had none to offer. On my own I found a repair shop that would make a house call and I sent the bill to Eastern for reimbursement. The total for the repair was $270. Eastern Moving sent me a check for $20 stating a $250 deductible. Considering I spent $2,365.00 on this move that was a real slap in the face! The customer service I received from Eastern Moving was a joke and I feel like my elderly in laws were clearly taken advantage of.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the crew we had from Eastern. Dorian, Cooley, Trey, and Alex were kind, professional, and hardworking. It was clear they were a well-established as a team and knew each other well. 100% the sign of a great work environment! What can otherwise be a terrible experience was awesome because of Eastern, and ESPECIALLY because of the crew assigned to our home.

Todd and Deonte moved my belongings today. They called ahead and let me know when they were on the way and arrived promptly. They worked fast and diligently to get the job done! They were very friendly and professional during the entire process. I give them 10 stars and would definitely request this dynamic duo again in the future! Eastern Moving & Storage should feel honored to have these guys working for them. They truly represented the company well!
