We recently booked a space to store our car for a month. We had a few complications, our fault, and they were very helpful in resolving the issues. Clean, safe and the office was very responsive even on his day off.

Rip Offs! I paid for ONE month and they said they enrolled me in auto billing. LIE! I called my bank to block and they said they can't block as not auto payment. The charges are being directly withdrawn by using my credit card number. They refuse to refund. Manager plays the fool while all along knowingly stealing my money! Thieves and liars! DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR VALUABLES!

FRAUD ALERT! I parked an RV for one week and paid for the entire month. Fair enough. THEN they made two unauthorized charges to my credit card! Never signed an agreement! Never received and invoice! No contact at all. When noticed on CC statement I called and they would only refund one month claiming previous owner charged previous month. [Update] Did NOT refund even what they said they would! Also told me I was set up for recurring payments but my bank confirms they are keying in my information. So liars on top of being thieves! I wonder how many others are getting ripped off? Don't let it be YOU! Do NOT trust this place with your valuables!
