I moved into a new building with strict rules about loading dock hours and damage insurance - I was worried about finding a reliable moving company but I had a fantastic experience with EZ Move. They were very prompt, efficient, and careful with all of our furniture. We hired three movers who were all professional and clearly experienced. If you want a group of reliable, punctual, and professional movers, I would highly recommend EZ Move!

On 14 th feb'2022, we called them to get estimate for moving and asked them what will be their lowest quote. They replied as "Why would we go low, do you want us to get out the of business?" Is this a way to talk to customers? Worst customer support I have seen in my life. ZERO professionalism. Very bad experience, not recommended at all.

EZ Move does it again! I have used them a few times now and they really take the weight off of your shoulders! Usually I am fully prepared, but this time the move snuck up on me. Master movers showed up with everything we needed and more. They were extremely organized and prepared. The crew were literally the best ever! They were super intuitive and efficient. I never thought this could go as fast as it has.

I hired EZ Move a couple of weeks ago for my move. My experience started with the excellent customer service over the phone. They we flexible engaging professional and responsive. Once we scheduled the time they showed up on time sharp! They were extremely cautious of my items as well as the walls and entrances! The were attentive to all details showed me they are experts on what they do. I had an extremely heavy elliptical and they knew exactly what to do!
