This is the third move I've done with JK Moving. I had everything possible already packed in boxes, but they did need to disassemble furniture for the move. They were efficient, and everything was moved carefully and very well. The sales person, Brandi, was incredibly easy to work with. I had asked hopefully for the same crew to be assigned to this move as I had on my last. Two out of the three movers were from my previous move a few months before. Made things very easy to work with them since they were familiar with the way I labeled boxes and the layout of the new house.

We selected JK Moving Services a few weeks ago to move much of the furniture. and my wife's piano. to a new residence. The whole experience was fantastic. Phil and Irisa were great and very attentive at all steps in the process, including after-the-fact follow up to make sure we were satisfied and that there were no outstanding issues. The crew showed up early, went right to work, wrapped everything in cushioned blankets. and accomplished the whole move before noon. When I used the online quote form for JK Moving Services, they called me immediately and got me scheduled. The customer service was so friendly and professional. I've done several moves, and I saw their professionalism immediately: great remote inventory process, high value item form, scheduling reminders, etc. The moving crew was amazing (Guillermo and Marvin and a third person whose name I unfortunately don't remember).
They were personable, professional, and moved my things with the utmost care. No complaints or stress. They moved everything very quickly too. Protected the floors and doors. Everything just felt very easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I did an interstate move with JK, relocating a 5 bedroom home and 2 motorcycles 150 miles, and the entire process was flawless. Absolutely perfect. From the initial conversation until the final box was carried into our new home, I was consistently impressed with the office staff and the moving crews on both ends of our move. Everyone I met actually cared about what they do and how satisfied I was with the process. Everything was packed and moved carefully, on time, and the service was courteous and professional. I'm a demanding customer and JK exceeded my expectations in every category. Highly recommended!

What a disaster! The first time we moved with JK, several years ago, things worked well, but this tmove was a nightmare. One big frustration was that several of the packers did not use the parts box. Parts to assemble one of the glass stereo shelving systems were lost, but since we did not notice this when the unit was delivered, the JK people decided the claim was not valid. They also used tape to hold blankets in place that were used to cover tables.
And due to the high temperatures in the climate controlled facility, the glue from the tape and material from the fabric were deposited onto the corners of the tables (see photo). However, they again decided that this did not represent a valid claim since they were not responsible for the weather. I will never use this mover again.
