Brian was amazingly professional. He moved my grandmother's grand piano out of state and it arrived without a scratch. I didn't have to worry about a thing and pickup and delivery was exactly when he said it was going to be. I strongly recommend this company and also this driver. All my things made it without a scratch!

Beware- tools stolen and increase charges and broken items. This was for a move from CA to CT. Bekins rep, came out and quoted $9000 for 4 bedroom house and they would pack stuff in garage since my husband was already working in another state. Movers arrived and weren't aware that they needed to finish packing stuff even though I suggested to rep that they should arrive Day before to pack. Well, when they arrived it was chaos, towards the end they were so tired that they were throwing fragile things in boxes without packing paper, forgot items in garage, I had to leave pricey items.
Then I get a phone call that the price was $11000 because of weight. Well, by then it's too late to go with another company you're forced to continue with their service. When we arrived at destination, we discovered many items broken, tools stolen so my husband's entire set was useless without chargers. On our way back to CA in 2022, we used PODS and movers from Uhaul list. Put AirTags inside PODS to track locations and they worked perfectly. Total cost was $8200 from CT.
Then I get a phone call that the price was $11000 because of weight. Well, by then it's too late to go with another company you're forced to continue with their service. I moved from CA to FL and the Bekins team were the only one to come out to my home for an in-person estimate. The driver was one of the most professional individuals I have met and kept me updated daily on the status of the delivery and was on time with no apparent issues with our belongings. A+ rating is deserved

Use Bekins at your own risk! I gave them one star because it's not possible to give them negative stars. Salesperson Kevin Robbins is not to be trusted. Long story short, I am filing complaints against Bekins with California's Attorney General Office and the Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Household Goods and Services. If you value your money and sanity, stay away!
