I used Ray The Mover and Marathon for packing, moving and storage services in spring of 22. Excellent experience start to finish. The quote was easy to obtain with the mobile app and competitively priced based on other quotes I pulled. The movers arrived on time and in good spirits to pack me up. I paid extra for kitchen, wall art and lamp packing. They cranked it out with all the correct supplies. Apologies to the crew as I forget their names at this point, I held off doing a review until my experience was complete though I know for sure Jesse was there on both ends.

They then stored my stuff for three months and were available to deliver on the exact date I preferred. Jesse, Junior and Mitch were equally efficient in unloading my stuff. Nothing broke during the whole pack/move/store/move experience and the guys were very accommodating to move furniture around prior to departing. Working with Ray/Marathon may have been the most pleasant experience in my whole relocation process. Kudos all around.

I can't say enough good things about this team. The driver was extremely helpful and his team worked extra hard to make sure our family was happy and items where placed exactly where we wanted them. Our move from NH to FL was flawless and we felt like we where in great hands the entire time. If we ever move again they will be the only company we call.

Unbelievable what we just experienced. We've been planning for approximately a month to have Ray The Mover move us from Newport NH to Hooksett NH. We had a virtual tour, worked with someone on an estimate, and BOOKED for 5/28. We were told they'd come between 10am-11am that day. 2 trucks. We asked about paying a deposit and they said to wait until the estimate was finalized. We never heard anything else and assumed it was because we'd be sending a revised list of items to move. Today, THE DAY BEFORE OUR MOVE, we called to confirm they had received our updated list, get a corrected estimate, and confirm the time they'd be arriving TOMORROW.

They're not coming. We "never paid the estimate, so they never booked us." COMPLETELY OPPOSITE everything we were told/that was communicated. They never once attempted to reach us about a deposit either. Would not recommend attempting to work with them. Completely unreliable, unprofessional, unorganized. Can't wait for a response that they're "sorry", passively blame us, and we get no actual resolution to their major screw up. Read another review - we're not the first this has happened to.

I had a last minute local small business move that needed to be completed last week. The quick response and scheduling flexibility was reassuring. I was able to schedule the local move a few days out. I only had big, heavy furniture that needed to be moved. On the day of the move, Mike, Junior and Joe arrived earlier than I expected (which was great). Although I could tell Mike and Junior had been doing this for a while, all three were professional, personable and had everything moved out quickly.

Although I felt bad they had to move all that heavy furniture up a flight of stairs, they moved quickly and were efficient. I appreciated the walk throughs before they moved anything in the beginning, once everything was on the truck, before they unloaded the truck and one final time to make sure everything was where it was supposed to be. They definitely made having to move a little less stressful.

Francisco and his crew did an amazing job on a very hot day. Professional, polite and even helped move our old 5 piece sectional couch out to our neighbors truck. I highly recommend using Ray the Mover! A+++

We are delighted with our experience with Ray the Mover. This was our 14th move and by far the best. Ray the Mover came to our house, gave an estimate for the move, assigned an internal specialist to communicate every step along the way with contact numbers for all relevant parties and took a lot of stress out of the process. The packers were kind and understanding people who couldn't have been nicer. The long distance driver was amazing. He coordinated the actual date of delivery to accommodate our schedule on the receiving end. It was like being moved by family.
