DONT DO IT. TERRIBLE terrible company. We booked movers over 4 weeks ago and this moving company decided to cancel last minute. DO NOT TRUST THEM. they didn't have any valid reasoning other than being overbooked and tried to use covid as an excuse. they had NO solutions for us. Totally unprofessional.

This crew was great. Small hiccup in the morning with a truck too big to fit a special requirement, everyone kept their head, we solved the issue and the move went very well. Great attitude from the crew despite a stressful day. Would highly recommend.

Nothing says poor business practice like cancelling ON moving day in the middle of the 8-10a arrival window. The bad reviews made me nervous but there were only a handful - but now I understand. Add insult to injury, Jamie who you will see mentioned in many of the poor reviews, was quite rude in emails asking any questions, one word answers if she could be bothered to answer at all. Avoid at all costs unless you'd like to risk being left high and dry on moving day with four days left to be moved out of your current place, and scrambling to find help.

We had a move scheduled. No one ever showed up. The company did not respond to multiple phone calls emails or other attempts to contact them. Over seven hours later when someone finally did contact us no one made any attempt to remedy the issue hence costing us more money every day that we cannot move. Inconveniencing us with no explanation or attempt to correct the error. I would not recommend them

My experience with Puget Sound Moving was very unprofessional. I submitted an online request and was called repeatedly to get me to consult with them. When I called in, I was told they didn't have any availabilities until the week after my requested move. When I pointed that out, the agent "assisting" me hung up on me. I was shocked at the rudeness and lack of professionalism.

We hired Puget Sound moving to pack our things and move us to our new house They were excellent. Very efficient and helpful. They worked hard to make sure our belongings arrived in good condition. The estimate I received was right on for the costs I will say they did everything that was promised and were very nice to work with. I have no hesitation highly recommending Puget Sound Moving.

Today one of your drivers was on Public storage property with a customer. While driving to the unit they took a turn and hit one of the buildings. They tried to say they did not do anyone of the damage but that was not that badly damaged. They were driving a truck that only had the logo of the company the doors.

I moved last march and just recently had Puget Sound Moving help me with a quick follow up visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and although I hope to not move for a very long time, I would definitely use them again. Everything was well wrapped and the movers were all friendly and efficient. They moved a very heavy piano and massage chair without the blink of an eye, and nothing was damaged. including the floors and walls.
I think the best part was having the beds fully assembled and ready to go before they left. I also REALLY APPRECIATE them going above and beyond in helping me with my follow-up request of moving an additional chair! Thanks again!

Bladimer, Jerry and Eddy are the bomb! They moved me today from a 3 story walk up to a small cottage. They were so gracious, hard working, and treated my treasures as if they were their own, all the while wonderful smiles. I highly recommend Puget Sound Movers for whatever your moving needs are. Hands down the best movers we've EVER used!! We had a 3 man crew that moved us out of a 3-story house into a 3rd floor apartment. They were quick and efficient yet careful and never once complained! We will recommend Puget Sound Moving to all of our friends and use them again when we buy a house in a few years.

The crew of 3 for Puget Sound Moving did excellent work. They came prepared to help in any way we needed. They were always a step ahead of us. Packing the bedding so they could load the beds. Wrapping the art work. They even have a plastic wrap they put around wood furniture to help avoid nicks. They were efficient, professional and courteous. When we got to the destination, they helped set up furniture, put boxes up in the garage loft and didn't damage a single thing! They were great!

This IS THE BEST company I have ever worked with. I helped my Aunt Move from Northern Cal to Washington and had to use two difference movers because of house sale issues and Puget Sound Moving was ten times better than the big movers we used in California. Puget Sound Moving was always in contact, kept me updated on time lines, and the workers were very kind and compassionate to my elderly aunts needs.
I don't know many movers that would put up with rearranging heavy furniture like these people did! Wonderful company. Arrived when they said, completed the job faster than estimated, and was price less than any of the other movers I got estimates from.

What a great moving experience. A phone call the night before as well as a call in the morning to let me know how far away they were. They arrived on time and were great about walking through the house with me and asking questions. They all interacted with my grandson and were super efficient. They wrapped my items and moved everything quickly and carefully. Everyone starting from making the appointment until I billed was so friendly.
Most affordable place that I received quotes from.and there were at least 7 places I called! Love the friendly, family/community feel from the company. Will definitely recommend them and/or use them again.

Super experience with Puget Sound Moving --- especially since I had to move suddenly, without much notice. I appreciated how it was clear who was in charge with workers communicating only through this supervisor. All my belongings arrived in good order. I highly recommend Puget Sound Moving.

Bardo and Charlie did an excellent job they pack my items very nicely and when I was worried that it wasn't going to fit in my storage unit they made it work put it in very neatly and very easy to get to. And once they move the rest of the furniture to my aunts Assisted Living they are very kind and putting things in place and helping us make a wonderful environment for her thank you so much they did a wonderful job I would use them over and over again thank you so much

From initial phone call, to bid, to moving team, PSM have it together. The bid was accurate and well explained. Movers were clean, courteous, good communicators. They were on time at every juncture. Amazingly, not one thing broken. Furniture was well wrapped. It was an overwhelming experience for me to move an entire house- but they did it; With a positive can-do spirit. No 'surprises' upon delivery. Terrific teamwork at PSM. If I had known a move go could this well - I wouldn't have stressed so much weeks before the move!

I would highly recommend Puget Sound moving. The work they did was amazing, even breaking down and putting back together furniture. With 3 little kids that was a huge burden lifted off my shoulders and made the move so much easier. Friendly and courteous, great group of people. Made sure moving day was as stress free as possible, you can tell they take great pride in their work. All were very careful and detailed as to not damage anything while moving. Awesome experience!
