Stor-U-Self Charlestown is an excellent option for storage in the Boston area. I live in the North End and find the location convenient. The new management under the new owners deliver excellent customer service to their clients. I recommend them highly.

I have watched the conversion of this from the old Plymouth Sports Complex to Stor-U-Self and have moved from another facility where I had been for 9 years. It is so much better and less expensive. A big bonus is that you drive right into the building so weather is now not a factor!

Just finished my ~8-month rental of a 10 x 19 unit at Stor-U-Self in Woburn. As far as facilities go, they were both clean and secure. We never worried about the safety of our items, nor our own personal safety when visiting the facility. The facility is also following COVID protocols and we felt safe accessing our belongings during the pandemic. What really sets Stor-U-Self apart from the competition, however, is the customer service.

Every interaction with Stor-U-Self employees was delightful and Geno and Chris went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our time at Stor-U-Self Woburn. Those two (and the rest of the company, I am sure) do their best to please customers. I highly recommend their services and if I am in need of storage again, I will gladly return. Thank you Geno and Chris!
