Not as secure as you think. I was called to inform me that my lock had been cut. Turns out that even though they had no problems accepting my payments, their records were all mixed up. Instead of auditing their own records, they decided to cut my lock and go through my stuff. I'm extremely disappointed and I concerned that they would have auctioned my things if the wrong neighbor had skipped their bills. Check their recent reviews, I'm not the only one that had to deal with their lock shenanigans.

Used to be really great. Sending me emails that my unit is unlocked and they will have to cut off my unlocked lock and restrict access. Panic, get there and nothing is wrong. They keep raising rents on the units. I rented there because the pricing was reasonable, and just get notice it's being raised by 45 dollars on one unit? That's a lot at once for storage, especially on a limited income.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!.My wife Vicki and I recently moved back home to New England from Tucson, Arizona and trying to coordinate everything long distance was made exceptionally easy by Jamison at Landmark Self Storage! Our expectations were by far exceeded on every level. The superb customer service by Jamison made the 4 month experience we had seamless. Landmark Self Storage is exceptionally clean, well lit, and always at the perfect temperature! We would consider Landmark to be the BEST self storage facility in the country!.

Needed to store a motorcycle for a short period of time that turned into a long period of time. Landmark's facility is clean, well kept and professionally run. Access to the storage unit was easy and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Recently sold my home and needed a climate controlled facility. Found that Landmark had a very large 20 foot unit which fit my needs at the best price of all the locations I looked into. Easy access to storage bin even after hours and weekends.
