I recently had Moving Solutions quote our office move and another move of various items at another facility. Their quote was very reasonable and they answered all of my questions before I scheduled the move. On moving day the team arrived on time and began working right away. They finished the job in half the time I thought it would take. They were easy to work with and very nice. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of movers.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. This company is full of liars and cheaters. Don Blauman gave me an initial quote/estimate over Zoom, once the moving day drew nearer I paid the estimate in full with good faith. When they actually completed the move, 2 items on the original quote were sold and should not have been included with the quote thus I was entitled to a refund. The whole company cheated me out of my money, I tried to resolve with them and Ray one of their employees accused me of being a liar saying the items were packed.
Once I said if the items are packed be sure to deliver them, then they made up another excuse. I tried to resolve it with the company only to get run around. I will suggest to my former employer to not contract with them anymore as they will steal your money. The whole business is unethical and does not have sound moral judgment.

The receptionist at the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. I left several voicemails over 3 days to confirm a delivery and never received a call back. When I explained to the receptionist she transferred me again without saying a word. When I called right back, and said it was urgent I speak with someone, she got extremely rude and said there's no one that could help me.

Truly awful communication during our long haul move. We could never get answers and just got rehearsed lines from customer service. So, not only did our stuff show up a week later than our quoted time frame estimate, because they quoted a time frame without having already booked a trucker driver, they did not reimburse me for an item they lost. Not sure how I can prove with a photo that something doesn't exist, but they would only reimburse for "damage". So thankful the process is over and done with so we never have to deal with them again.

Alex was incredible. He worked extremely hard at not only moving our things in a safe way, but also placing things exactly how we wanted. He was very efficient yet very intentional to make sure we were completely satisfied. I've moved many times - I've never experienced anyone as professional and personal as Alex.
