I feel like this company did a phenomenal job shipping my vehicle and given all the issues surrounding Covid. I was two weeks out from leaving Belgium and running into nothing but issues with other companies to include being told that I needed a European registration on my American vehicle that never passed European/Belgium's inspection. I explained this over and over and was told I still needed the registration to get the car out of the country and back to the US - to include about 3 days before pickup.

I was prepared to leave it and scrap it. My own property! I reached out to CFR Rinkens and sent in a few pieces of information and everything was smooth from then on out. I received my car in about a month with no issues, works fine looks just as I left it. Very bed experience. I brought car to them in beginning of November and my car supposed to be in Ukraine in an around 45-60 days. It's already 45 days car is still in their storage sitting. Idk how much more time it will be sitting there but I am very upset with their business and most likely never will choose this company.

When you hire this company to ship something, double the fee quote and triple the time quote. I dealt with Connie Chan for all aspects of the transaction for the shipment of my car from Germany to Miami. First the fees, I was quoted $2,000 but when my car arrived, Connie Chan emailed me a bill for almost $4,000. I have attached as pictures the quote and final bill. She was the one that gave me the quote and I had to hear all of her double talk, excuses and nonsense when she sent me the bill.

She lied right to my face. I had to pay the inflated amount or I would have never seen my car again. As far as timing, I was told four weeks and it took over three months. Connie Chan went dark during most of this time window, refusing to answer emails and phone calls. She only contacted me to collect the final bill, sending me four or five emails demanding payment (ZERO customer service skills) I offer two stars because the car did arrive, but the process was not polite or smooth. Go into business with these people with your eyes open to the bait and switch. You've been advised.

This was my first time importing a car into the U.S. CFR Rinkens, specifically Connie Chan, handled everything smoothly. Connie knows her job well and made sure all documentation was in place before the vehicle landed. Whenever I had a question along the way she always answered promptly and kept me informed. The car arrived damage free without any hangups at the Port and that is all I could ask. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had my car + boxes to move from NYC, USA to Bremen, Germany. I asked a few companies for a quote and info. CFR Rinkens caught my attention by answering my questions exactly and immediately. To make sure I even went to their NJ wearhouse. All looked real and reliable. They were able to explain all my additional questions. Then I just delivered my stuff there and 10 days later picked it in Bremen - without any damage.
