I apologize for the U-haul call center, local location mix up. I called the 208 number listed but may have been routed to the call center anyways. They really should be able to say "yes we do a general inspection on the vehicles, " or "all locations are expected to do so."

The managers do a good job. The only problem I have with the place is the mandatory insurance. And when you try to file a claim, they have a pdf conversion required. It smells like a scam. 800 units x $9. $7200 month pure profit.

The front desk crew at stor-it has impressed both my husband and myself with their professionalism and courteous attitude. We were in need of several climate controlled units for an unknown period of time. An employee of one of their non climate controlled facilities directed me to their Boise location and I was able to line up what we needed. When. I needed to grab another unit they contacted me immediately when my name came up on the waiting list. The facility is clean and seems well managed. One of the best customer service experiences we've had in Idaho. A special shoutout to Cole who has gone above and beyond to help!
