DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Over priced and inexperienced. Cost twice as much and took twice as long than any other move we have had. Damages to new home and furniture, unorganized and disrespectful workers. Two of the four movers were teenage boys that had no idea what they were doing. We paid premium pay and where expecting high quality and got none of that. Four movers and two trucks for a 3 bedroom home.12 hours later and we had to finish moving a FULL room left at the old house ourselves. Boxes left in random places in new home and we had to move & place furniture ourselves after they left. Spoke with company after move and they had zero intentions of repairing damages or compensating for any failures on their part. DO NOT USE! Welcome to Boise.

DO NOT USE! This company was one disaster after another. Worst moving experience we've ever had. My family has moved many times over the years and this was by far the MOST expensive and SLOWEST movers we have EVER used. Showed up late, expensive furniture was damaged, 2 of the 4 movers had no experience mostly wondering around trying to figure out what to do, walls cabinets and doors in new home were damaged, boxes left in random places at new home, heavy furniture not placed in rooms (had to move it ourselves) And to top it off after 12 hrs they didn't finish. We had to make 10 more trips with our cars to finish the job. Contacted owner the following day & he had zero intentions on helping us make things right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

OFR sets the standard for professional movers. This company IS NOT.2 knuckledraggers in a 1976 ford cargo van. OFR, Inc. are the PROS! I have used OFR for small moving jobs (few pieces of household furniture), assembly of office cubicle workstations, warehouse relocations, to the granddaddy move of all- moving a 3rd floor; 9,500SF office space (toughest office space in Boise - 1 elevator, narrow stair corridors).
They did it! Ethical, Honest, dependable, fair, and competitively priced. Good quality, trustworthy, guys and gals on their relocation and office furniture assembly teams that care about the items they are moving.

My company partners with OFR for furniture installation and they are top notch! It is not just moving but fairly complicated installation of custom products and they are always great to work with. Furthermore, the owner, John, is a stand up guy! I recently came to visit our office in Boise and needed some assistance on an event I was planning. Without hesitation, John offered to help and blew me away with his devotion to my event. There was really nothing in it for him, just being a fabulous business partner. I would highly recommend this company for any furniture installation needs.

Moving can be among one of the stressful things a family can do, but OFR makes everything beautiful. They are organized, hard-working, kind, respectful, thoughtful and genuinely interested in making sure that the move is as stress-free as possible. We moved from a century-old home to a fifth-floor condo in downtown Boise, which presented challenges on both ends (a chock full attic at the old home and being relegated to moving an entire home via an elevator at the new home).
The crew was absolutely amazing and smiled through the entire process. They took care of our belongings as if they were their own. It was a 12-hour day, and by the end, they were exhausted, I'm sure, but still as sweet as they were when they arrived. I literally hugged all four of them when they left. OFR will have my business for life (although I love our new home so much, I'm not sure we'll ever move). I love, too, that they are locally owned and operated. OFR is hands-down the BEST choice when you need to move!

By far the best moving company in Boise. I have used this company 3 times in the past for my residential moves and referred friends to them for theirs and each time they have surpassed expectations. They are quick, yet extremely careful. The owner John, is one best business men you will ever come across. He will work around your schedule to get the job done, even if its unconventional. He understands what customer service is, the importance of quality work and making sure the customer is 100% satisfied, as do his employees.

We used OFR twice. The first move was amazing. The second move was awful. Our first move had 6 men and 3+ trucks and took about 8 hours. The crew of 4 men on the second move took 14 hours to load and unload one truck. OFR claims to be insured and states they will replace any broken items. Two of our items were broken and we received no financial compensation nor did we receive replacements. A wall was significantly damaged and after waiting on OFR we hired the repair done at our cost. Very unfortunate experience. I once referred others to this company. I now strongly recommend not using them.

Dillabaugh's Flooring and Dino hired these guys to move all my furniture to ready my home for our new carpet. They showed up right on time around 7:30am. Moved everything out by around 8:30am. Wow! Carpet guys showed up shortly after and installed our new Innovia carpet, Temurpedic pad, and everything was moved back before dinner time same day! We have a 1800 sqft home and every room had furniture.
Even bed frames had to be disassembled to get them out the small bedroom doors. I was impressed at how fast and diligently everyone worked to move out all my furniture and then back in. We love our new carpet and love OFR for making it easy for us. Very hard working guys. They were on time. Reasonable rates and very good at what they do. Highly recommend OFR and Dillabaugh's!

Used their service twice already. Upstairs apartment. They were fast and courteous. Loaded, drove and unloaded a 2 bedroom apartment in less than 4 hours. Great stuff. Actually just made a reservation to use them again!

The OFR team did a great job of moving our offices. We were more than satisfied with the performance. They were quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with right from the first call. Pricing was more than reasonable. They were on time!
