Do not deal with this company. Kim is a nasty woman that is harassing me and when I asked her "can I talk?" She simply said no and kept on going. What a way to have such sh/tty customer service. I would suggest you give your money to another company. What a vile woman!

What a fantastic Company. Berenice was super efficient and super polite. The truck driver Enrique was a complete gentleman and an expert driver to the maximum degree. I would recommend this portable storage container company to all. Great prices, great service, Great value for your dollar for sure. The storage container is clean and looks great. My name is Walter Tribe in Sylmar CA and they do not charge for delivery and they do not charge for picking up the storage container as well. Awesome. Have a great day to all.

Our church, in Simi Valley, needed to buy a used 40 foot container. Their prices were as good as anyone's and they delivered free. I went to their yard out on the backside of Ventura and picked one out. Before they delivered it they called me and said they had a better one that they were picking up in San Pedro. If I wanted it they could bring it straight from SP to Simi for the same price as the one I had picked out. They sent me pictures from SP and it was in great shape. We are very happy with Porta-Stor and will work with them again if need be.

I felt compelled to go out of my way to write a review of this business. They were professional, punctual and always very pleasant to deal with. Informing me as they were on their way with reminder calls. The price you can't beat. We used for remodel. But this detail blew my mind. They accidentally cracked a tile on my driveway which is easy to do given the location the bin was set to be put.
I didn't even get a chance to call them to let them know. I came home to a work truck with two guys fixing my tile. Crazy thing is that our tile is nowhere to be found as they don't make it anymore! It's hacienda tile from Mexico. Arturo who works for Porta Stor is such a stand up guy that he called in a friend who happened to have this tile at his house stored fir 10 years. I was blown away!
He even swept my leaves left from the storage container while his guy recemented new tiles. It's rare to have such incredible service and honorability like this in a business. Taking care of a detail on their own without being notified. I'm so impressed! We were pleased with the experience all around! Thank you Arturo! You're the bomb!
