He said they'd be here at 10:00 and they were here at 10:00 on the dot! They were in and out with the piano in less than 15 minutes. They make it look easy! They were both super nice and very professional.

We needed to move a piano locally and were up against a tight deadline. I considered getting a general moving company but opted for a company that specializes in moving pianos. Have to say, pretty disappointed. Sent Frank a text as per his website instructions on a Friday, complete with all the information he wanted. Frank responded 24 hours later requesting additional information which I responded to in less than an hour and he never text back. That was Saturday, on Tuesday I text Frank for an update, it's now Wednesday and he's yet to respond.

My quote is for a move that is literally less than a mile from Point A to Point B and other than steps leading to the threshold, it is a pretty uncomplicated move. At minimum, Frank should either respond with a quote, or inform me that he is not available. At this point, I'm done waiting. Here's your heads up people.
