Five Star Service! Debbie and Vicky went above and beyond helping me rent a storage spot for a travel trailer. I needed to find a secure lot with easy in and out access that was closer to home. Safegard Self Storage is the perfect fit, and working with Debbie and Vicky was pleasant and easy. Their rates are very reasonable. Entry to the lot is password protected, cameras in use and there was a security patrol on site. It's worth checking out if you need in town storage.

Debbie has been extremely accommodating. Even going so far as to reach out personally to let us know we hadn't properly locked our unit. I highly reccomend this place

They were nice enough when we moved in. However when we moved out we called to let them know, and were assured we were checked out and would not be charged the following month, but we continued to be charged! When I called to ask for a refund, I was told I had to provide move-out notice in writing and there would be no refund. I have no problem providing notice in writing, but if employees mislead me over the phone and promise me I won't be charged any more, they should honor this, even if their employee made an error. This is sad because we had hoped to use them again.

I have been with there storage for 9yrs, there very much like family, the work with you and treat not as just a coustmer, I do know when I stop using the storage, I'll miss the personal that works there.

Debbie and her team are awesome and professional plus they're friendly! She manages the facility and man she's great! Service from the personnel is can't be beat! Price/Rates are competitively affordable if not lower vs the surrounding public storage facilities in 20mi radius of DTB. They've been serving since the 70's! Wow;
