I had a credit card on file. With the new year the expiration date had to be changed. Originally it charged me a late fee. I have never been late since having the unit. I sent an email within a timely period of paying it. Today they reversed the extra charge for the late fee back onto my account. The situation was handled quickly and effectively. Thank you! I have been renting my climate controlled unit at Safe Self Storage in Lancaster, SC for over 2 years now. The grounds are kept neat, pest control is taken seriously, customer service is responsive and helpful and their prices are very competitive. Most importantly, I feel that my belongings are secure.
