I am impressed with Towne Storage as a renter since before the company acquired the South Cache facility. Employees are attentive and friendly. It is obvious that Towne Storage sees their investment as much more than just a moneymaker, by proactively making sure that the units meet the renters needs, that the units are clean and pest-free, and that renters are financially protected from loss. Im a huge fan of Extra Space Storage! The property is well managed. Even when I come and grab my RV and leave for the weekend they always text me and say hey did you take your RV? I love that! The staff is excellent. The billing is so simple and the entry and exit is very secure. Highly recommended!

Great, clean facilities. Easy to book online and coordinate everything for accessing outside of business hours. Their lock didnt fit well, but return and refund was easy and no issues. They even contacted us when we didnt lock the unit properly! Excellent service, definitely recommend.
