I had a great experience with Towne Storage! I rented a unit for just over a year, and the team was always helpful whenever I needed anything. The property manager, Erick, was phenomenal, understanding, and genuinely great to work with. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained the entire time. I have friends that had to temporarily store items at this locations. They were quite pleased overall, however there were some miscommunication issues. In the end though things were sorted out but the cost was a little more than they had been told. They did not get the name of the person they spoke to over the phone so they could not prove things.
