Weve had a unit with Towne Storage for over 20 years. We have always found the manager to be friendly and helpful, the area is clean, safe and well-lit, and the units are secure. Its a good value for the money and we arent looking to change!

I had a great experience with Towne Storage! I rented a unit for just over a year, and the team was always helpful whenever I needed anything. The property manager, Erick, was phenomenal, understanding, and genuinely great to work with. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained the entire time. I have love, love, loved renting here under the direction and the supervision and the management. Currently a new management a new business is started. Ill let you know if I love what you do in time to come. What has happened in the past for me has been honest upfront And equitable for all patrons here in this place. This what Ive noticed. I have friends that had to temporarily store items at this locations. They were quite pleased overall, however there were some miscommunication issues. In the end though things were sorted out but the cost was a little more than they had been told. They did not get the name of the person they spoke to over the phone so they could not prove things.
