Moving is super stressful. These guys make it easy. My elderly folks were moving out of state and dealing with all the big names (Mayflower, etc) getting the run around on dates, pricing, etc. We connected them with BP Moving through a referral and WOW were we pleased! They pick up the phone on the first ring, are polite and super professional. They know the business, bust their butts to get the move done, and came in thousands of dollars less expensive. Look no further for your move. Every single person we dealt with their was top notch.

Sales person promised a 2 day delivery window. They missed that by a week. Getting in touch with these guys always went to voicemail. The biggest problem was the amount of damage on so many pieces of furniture. The delivery driver was rude and charged me extra without ever going to the place (and wouldn't unload until I paid the ransom fee). If I could give a 0 stars I would.

I used best price moving last year in September but am only now getting to this review. I had to reschedule my move a couple of times because of Hurricane Irma and the new complex I was living in was undergoing a substantial clean up. Best price moving was the only company that was able to get out to me asap once the complex gave me the okay. The three gentlemen came in and did a great job wrapping everything up and moving them.

There were some stuff we ended up moving after but I should have let them do it, they even offered to move it without me ever mentioning anything. I now know for next time to trust them to do it all. Moving is one of the most stressful things you can do, this company helps alleviate that, so much so that I cannot imagine ever moving without professional movers. Thanks again!

Used this wonderful company for a second time in 3 months. They did such a good job packing and wrapping my things that I overlooked an 8 foot mirror that I thought didn't make it on the truck. The crew once again were very nice, worked really fast, and were patient as I had to go get a larger uhual to for my belongings. I've moved over 10 times in 3 years for work and they are the absolute best hands down.

The owner came in and immediately gave us a very fair quote & the day of the move, the price didn't change. The moving crew were all very respectful & courteous. Moving day, each employee introduced themselves & shook our hands, which I believe was very professional. These guys have this moving gig down packed. Everyone is doing something, team work at its finest. They were incredibly careful with every piece of our belongings.

When it came time to unloading, the same care went into it. Every piece of furniture, they asked where it should go & after it was placed down, if I didn't like it, they were more than willing to change it around. These guys were a joy to work with, especially during such a stressful time. I recommend them, without a shadow of a doubt will you be happy too. Thank you.

A bait and switch company, they tell you a price about $2K lower than the bigger moving companies and on moving day extra charges which of course holds you hostage. When they damage stuff, they use some bullshit on the bill of lading to pay you pennies on the dollar, they are the ultimate business scam

Use them second time. This time to 6th floor apartment with a complicated path. They got it done so fast and with such a positive and great attitude. They beat the rain too. Incredibly impressed. We all know how stressful moving is, let this company take out the most stressful part of it all. I won't hesitate to recommend them to everyone, and will definitely use them each time I have to make a move. Pricing is very fair, and very competitive if you shop around for quotes, but you can't top what they offer and how quickly and efficiently they move your stuff. Great job.

Do not use this moving company. When they gave me my first quote, they gave me a low price. Then when they checked my items again, then said many of the items were not on the list and the price went up. Trick people into paying more money. None of their email addresses work, they never answer the phone, and do not respond when needed. I called about 12 times within a week to finally get my delivery information.

I received all my items within the ten day window as promise which was the only thing done right. However, many of my items came broken and damaged. They make filing a claim difficult as well. Everything must be mailed and a bunch unnecessary of paperwork for items that they clearly damaged. It's 2021, fix your email.

Don't use! The staff is rude and unprofessional. My belongings sat in IL for four months when it was supposed to be shipped and stored in NC. Mary is extremely unprofessional and threatens customers who simply ask questions. Many companies will broker their service. Cancel your contract if so.

The worst moving experience I've ever had. Upon pickup, the movers left a huge mess of trash in my apartment and used the bathroom and left urine on the seat. They were rude and not personable. Upon delivery, almost every single box I had was damaged. Some were simply destroyed. When I mentioned this the delivery driver replied, "so?" The driver was also cursing and rude to me because a neighbor's car was parked somewhere that he wanted to park, despite me having no control over that.

Several items were damaged. I had to point out to one of the movers that he had loaded a dolly full of boxes with a box clearly marked fragile on the very bottom and also upside down. He tried to argue with me about if the box was actually upside down. I had to contact them several times to get my items to arrive in my delivery window, otherwise they would have been late. The customer service lady, Mary, was also incredibly rude and not helpful.

We brokered our move from Chicago to North Carolina through First National Van Lines. We were appointed the local firm, Best Price Moving & Storage. I was skeptical based on the reviews, but Channon was very helpful and thorough with our inventory, and First National Van Lines was firm with our agreed upon pricing, and ensured there were no surprise costs. The movers did an excellent job. Our items arrived later than expected (due to Covid and protests) but the movers were very kind, all items were delivered, and nothing was broken.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The movers showed up and had an attitude immediately. The first thing William stated was "you're going to owe us more. There's no room in the truck for your stuff." This is after I had gone over the inventory with the moving company 24 hours prior. Afterwards, he continued to complain about a "long haul" and how much more money we would owe him. Extremely unprofessional and rude. These people are a total scam! Stay away!

The experience of working with Best Price Moving and Storage in Chicago was misleading, elusive, and a lot of work. They providing us with a widely inaccurate quote and assurances it would not change, were very (overly) communicative prior to the pick up, and then when they came to take our things it was clear there was absolutely not coordination with the actual movers and the quote we received meant nothing.

They did not handle our furniture with care, and once we had questions about the quote, did not respond to any calls or outreach. Their general emails (I have to assume intentionally) do not work, and the person who had been contacting us about the booking completely ghosted, all while they had our stuff. As the delivery at our new location was being arranged, it was again clear the services did not speak to each other and arrival was a mess. I was gravely disappointed in the customer service and and ethics of this company. I would not recommend them.

Edwin and Joshua moved us today and they were great. We were very pleased with how fast and carefully they moved our valuables. They were very pleasant and hardworking. Very very efficient. Will definitely recommend them.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Our overall experience was MISERABLE. The coordination of our pickup and delivery dates were a total disaster. The expected and communicated delivery dates were off by over a month! Every communication we had w Mary was pawned off on someone else claiming "it wasn't her problem or not her department". Upon arrival the driver was rude, unhelpful, and insensitive during the entire delivery. He forgot 6 of our boxes (which he almost unwillingly brought back the next day). We had 8-10 items that were broken during transit.

I moved from the Chicago area to Phoenix this summer and must say I'm really happy with this company. I know the reputation of moving companies and I knew I was taking a gamble hiring one at all, but this was worth every penny for the hassle I didn't have to deal with. The guys came on time, the foreman was thorough and polite and the men worked fast. My things arrived on time in Phoenix and were unloaded quickly.

Everything was there. I was especially worried about my paintings and my TV, but the guys crated them with great care and they moved them without a problem. Yes, a couple of boxes looked a little smooshed, but honestly, I think that has more to do with my packing, than with how they were loaded. In short, you won't find a perfect moving company. Anywhere. But this one does their best and they are reasonably priced. I would use them again.

Wow is all I can say after that move. Joe and his crew really impressed me with how punctual they were. Great company, thanks again guys.
